Applying the Patterns of Surah Nab’a in Policy, Legislation, Judgement, and Planning

The patterns of Surah Nab’a can be applied to policy, legislation, judgement, and planning.

1. God reveals Himself to prompt humans to reflect on His creations, questioning, reminding, and highlighting them.

2. God created the earth for the comfort of His creatures, preparing a comfortable living space for humans before their creation. This demonstrates God's wisdom, management, foresight, and planning. God has foreseen all necessities and processes of human life, and has manifested the realization of human devotion and affection through sublime planning. Therefore, reciting "Tabarak Allahu, the Best of Creators, and Tabarak Allah, Lord of the Worlds" in gratitude, praise, and glorification of God is always essential for humans.

3. God has given importance to the health and stability of human bodies, and has made sleep a source of (vitality) and rest for humans.

4. God deters people from bad deeds through warning and good news surahs, and guides them towards good and desirable actions. God rewards actions with God's satisfaction, human happiness, salvation, divine gifts, including paradise.

5. God has created countless blessings with foresight, future vision, wisdom, unparalleled power, and miraculous ability for the comfort of His creatures. Therefore, He expects humans to accept and act upon the commandments and guidance of the straight path of His religion, the religion of the Fourteen Infallibles (peace be upon them), and to strive for the perfection of worship and to assist in the realization of the aspirations of Imam Mahdi (peace be upon them).

6. Verses related to God’s creations should be included in various textbooks, appropriate to age, to provide opportunities for contemplation for learners. The practice of reciting the surahs recommended daily by the great scholars, the Imams (peace be upon them), should be taught, promoted, and popularized for different age groups. Serious attention should be given to reading, reflecting, and contemplating the aforementioned surahs.

7. Verses of the Day of Judgement should be included alongside verses highlighting the powers of God’s creation in textbooks and other educational materials, appropriate to age groups.

8. Learners should be made aware of God’s expectations, the guidance and laws of God’s straight path, and the teachings of the Fourteen Infallibles (peace be upon them), appropriate to their age. Legislators, educators, religious propagators, cultural promoters, artists, media, and publications should play their respective roles accordingly and to the necessary extent.
