It is necessary for those involved in education, training, and cultural development to gain the necessary understanding regarding the factors influencing proper behavior towards others and the ethics of social interactions, in relation to the exalted culture of Islam, Quranic perspectives, and the teachings of the Imams. This understanding should be conveyed through various formats, including textbooks, literature (stories, prose, poetry, research), screenplays, films, games, and cultural and artistic advertising, to teach proper social relationships and healthy communication, and to provide a suitable environment for correct education and training.
7. Those involved in the Ministry of Islamic Guidance, Higher Education, Education, Hawzas (Islamic seminaries), training and cultural development centers, and the media (including television, virtual spaces, and newspapers) and cinemas should transfer valuable Islamic concepts and guidance for an exalted Islamic lifestyle to society, tailored to different age groups.
